1. Executive Summary & Objective

This Statement of Work defines the end-to-end architecture, database migration, and custom addon deployment required to consolidate fragmented third-party SaaS tools (scheduling, digital business cards, e-signatures, CRM, and reporting) into a single, sovereign Odoo 20 Community production cluster.

2. Technical Architecture & Scope

  • Legacy Database & Addon Audit: Deep inspection of existing ERP tables, custom modules, and third-party webhook bridges.
  • Odoo 20 Porting & Unified ACLs: Upgrading Python/XML views to Odoo 20 standards (ir.access.csv, t-out, JSONB translations).
  • Zero-Downtime Cutover: Staged dry-run rehearsals followed by sub-minute DNS/reverse-proxy cutover.

  • Zero Downtime Deployment Guarantee: All production migrations and custom Odoo 20 addon deployments are executed via staged blue/green or idempotent DDL hooks.
  • Payment Schedule: 50% Architecture Initiation Deposit upon digital execution of this SOW; 50% upon UAT sign-off and production cutover.
