  • 100% Code & Infrastructure Sovereignty: Upon final milestone settlement, Client receives full administrative keys, Terraform/Docker configurations, and non-exclusive perpetual source-code rights.
  • Zero Downtime Deployment Guarantee: All production migrations and custom Odoo 20 addon deployments are executed via staged blue/green or idempotent DDL hooks.
  • Payment Schedule: 50% Architecture Initiation Deposit upon digital execution of this SOW; 50% upon UAT sign-off and production cutover.
